Use positive Phrasing techniques. Any important information conveyed with the use of Visual Words, Affirming Phrases, Probing Phrases and motivating Phrases improves communication and listener’s response too.
1. Your confidence will reflect your tone which is very important
2. Your approach makes the difference
3. Use appropriate questioning technique
4. Again, Volume is the most important factor. Check if you can be heard comfortably, is the voice too low or too loud?
5. Gather your thoughts appropriately and address them clearly
6. Get to the point quickly & politely
7. Essential to build working relationships with listeners.
